| Terms of Service |
This Agreement ('Agreement') sets forth the terms and
conditions of your use of 3dstats analytics service provided by DataSense.
In this Agreement, 'you' and 'your' refer to each customer
and 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to DataSense ( Company
providing 3DStats.com service ) .
By proceeding to the next step in the order process, you acknowledge
that you have read, understand, and agree to this agreement.

Through 3DStats.com service, DataSense offers to its
clients an advanced technology for real-time measurement
and analysis of their Web site traffic.
This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

3DStats.com DataCenter is located:

1. PAYMENT
As consideration for the service you purchased, you agree
to pay the applicable service fees set forth on
our Website at the time of your selection.
Payment is due every month from the date on which the account is
established. Clients will be automatically charged UNLESS a cancellation
request has been sent to 3DStats, and confirmed.
All monetary transactions are in USD (United States Dollars).
2 .ACCURATE INFORMATION.
You agree to provide current, complete and
accurate information about yourself as required by the
application process and maintain and update the information
you provided to us when purchasing our service.
3 . ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
You may cancel at anytime. Cancellation requests must be received
at least 7 business days prior to your cycle date, with the cycle date
being the day of the month you signed up, in order to avoid charges in full
for the next cycle.
It is the Client's responsibility to secure email confirmation from 3DStats stating that the account has been canceled. If the client has not yet received email
confirmation of account cancellation, the account remains active, and will
continue to be invoiced.
Cancellation request can be sent:
By email to support at 3dstats.com (or to DataSense)
By postal mail.
Note: Before to sent the cancellation request, you need to remove the 3Dstats code from your website.
4. REFUNDS
A client can choose to cancel their account at any time. If within the first 7 days
following the initial order, client can request a full refund in the cancellation
requests.
Clients who cancel after 7 days, will not receive a refund.
5 . PROHIBITED USES
Utilizing 3DStats service to track e-mail for the purpose of encouraging
or facilitating unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam.
Utilizing 3DStats Service in connection with any illegal activity.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
3DStats.com service is provided 'AS-IS' without warranty of
any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not
limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall not be held
liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special
damages, even if the author is notified of such actions.
